Essential Skills Requirements:

• Deep ITSM Knowledge: Your in-depth understanding of IT Service Management is crucial for this role.
• Experience in at Least One of the Following Technologies:

• Understanding of Relevant Aftersales Business Processes, including Logistics, Sales, Warehouse, and Extended Warehouse Management.
• SAP Analytics Cloud
• Eclipse
• SAP BW 7.5 Data Modeling and BEX Skills (Essential)
• SAP BW4HANA Data Modeling Skills (Beneficial)
• SAP ABAP and AMDP Competence (Essential)
• SAP BO Experience (AFO & WEBI) (Essential)
• IT Degree and/or Relevant Qualifications
• DevOps Experience: Your hands-on experience with operations, configuration, and development in commercial and/or retail end-user IT applications is highly valued.
• Automotive or Similar Manufacturing Experience: Prior experience in the automotive or similar manufacturing industry is advantageous.

• Understand business requirements, prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents, and obtain sign-off from users for the Business Blueprint document.
• Perform ABAP and AMDP debugging (Workbench related knowledge of new development/enhancements).
• Prepare testing documents and conduct internal testing.
• Conduct integration testing with other modules.
• Understand interfaces, ODP, and RFC's processing.
• Prepare user manuals and conduct training for business process owners.
• Assist with go-live preparation and provide post go-live support.
• Interact with clients through meetings, calls, and emails.
• Handle tickets and tasks with the responsibility for closing them within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide support.
• Execute required changes through configuration.
• Analyze and resolve Production Support calls.
• Raise Change Requests (CRs) and write Functional Specifications for them.
• Prepare test data for CR testing (Change Requests).
• Test CRs (Change Requests) and prepare test results.
• Conduct regression testing.
• Collaborate with consultants from other modules.
• Contribute to user interface transactional solutions.
• Take on the responsibility of coordinating the technical implementation.
