Identify project scope and define requirements for business and technology transformation initiatives.

Create functional and technical specifications to guide project implementation.

Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.

Coordinate the implementation of solutions and support change management efforts.

Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions and ensure alignment.

Role Description:

Design, build and configure SAP S4 HANA Finance solution to meet business process and application requirements and manage project delivery

Must Have Skills

*: SAP S/4HANA Central Finance, Good Communication & Analytical Skills

Good to Have Skills

*: SAP S/4HANA Accounting, SAP New GL Migration, SAP SLO, SAP Central Finance or Conversion experience, SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAP CO Management Accounting, SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Essential, Extended and Private Cloud Edition)

Job Requirements:

1: Responsibilities

Create proof of concepts with respect to functionalities in S/4HANA Central Finance Area Engage with Sales team for client demos in S/4HANA Central Finance Area Work with a team lead to deliver SAP S4 HANA Central Finance (Onshore/Offshore) Able to handle cross functional teams (offshore & Onshore) for project delivery Assist in estimating the various new deals and prospective clients from SAP S4 Central Finance perspective Should have Hands- on experience in Preparing project charter, Scope document, Business process study, Requirement analysis, Gap Identification, Business Blueprint, Process Mapping, Configuration, Functional and Technical Specifications Document, Test Case Document, Training Presentation, Configuration Guide and User Manual

2: Professional Experience

5+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO including SAP S/4 HANA Finance 3+ implementation projects experience with project experience in S/4HANA (Training, User end experience do not count) 1+ implementation projects experience with project experience in S/4HANA Central Finance (Training, User end experience do not count) Good Presentation and communication skills Stakeholder management (Onsite/Offshore) with experience to work with global clients Good analytical and problem-solving skills
