Job Summary
We are looking for a consultant who would be responsible for overseeing the administration, configuration, performance, and reliability
of the SAP technical landscape across the organization. This includes managing all SAP systems - such as S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA,
Solution Manager, PI/PO, BTP, and related components - ensuring optimal system performance, security, and availability
Minimum requirement
10+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, including at least 3-5 years in a lead or architect role.
Experience and skill
Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA environments, including HANA database administration.

• Strong understanding of SAP landscape architecture, transport management, and client strategy.
• Expertise in SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, and system refreshes.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems in SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, Fiori, and SAP Router configuration.
• Knowledge of cloud-based SAP deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid landscapes.
• Familiarity with SAP security, user administration, and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
• Experience leading SAP system monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Basis teams and manage complex, multi-system landscapes.

Requirements Certification

• SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration (SAP HANA as a Database) with SAP NetWeaver or S/4HANA - highly

preferred.

• SAP Certified Technology Specialist - SAP S/4HANA Conversion and System Upgrade - advantageous.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP for SAP workloads) - beneficial.
• Project Management or ITIL certification - advantageous.
