Sandhurst - AU PAIR - AFTERNOONS

Area:

Sandhurst

Ages:

5 year old in Grade R and 6 year old in Grade 1 (5 year old has been diagnosed with thryroidism so needs extra care - she just gets tired and her appetite is a little heightened. She is on medication that she takes in the morning so no requirement from the Aupair.)

Working hours:

Mon - Fri: 14:00 - 18:00. Possible morning runs every now and then. Paid overtime

Duties:

Collect from school, Take to extra-murals, Assist with and supervise homework, Engaging in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child, Prepare meals for your children, Occasional Babysitting and weekend work (by prior arrangement and paid at overtime), Travel with the family

Requirements:

21 - 29 year old, Experience with the age group, tertiary Education, Respectful, energetic, professional, empathetic, kind, patient, warm, loves kids

Start date:

ASAP - Permanent role

Salary:

R8000 - R8500 per month (gross, before deductions) plus SARS Rates (R4.76) per km



All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

Must have a clear criminal record

Must have a passion for children

Must have Matric

Must have a South African ID document.
