Salon Operator / Blow Wave Assistant
Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Start Date: ASAP or January 2026
Salary: R5,000 - R5,500 per month (depending on experience)

Job Purpose
Our client is looking for a Salon Operator to assist with hair treatments, washing, and blow waves. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and eager to learn and grow. Formal qualifications are not required, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

• Washing and preparing clients' hair for treatments and blow waves
• Assisting with and performing basic blow waves
• Applying hair treatments according to salon standards
• Providing a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience to all clients
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of basins, tools, and work areas
• Supporting senior staff where required
• Adhering to salon procedures and health & safety standards

Minimum Requirements

• English and Afrikaans speaking (essential)
• Interest in the hair and beauty industry
• No formal hairdressing qualification required
• Own reliable transport (essential - Centurion-based role)
• Willingness to learn and take instruction
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
