Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Electrical Salesperson to join our team in the Electrical Department. The ideal candidate must have strong product knowledge of Electrical products, fittings and related accessories, and be able to provide professional advice and solutions to both DIY customers and trade professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Pleasantly assist customers with the electrical product selection based on their needs.
> Provide expert advice on electrical products & accessories
> Upsell and cross-sell related items to increase sales.
> Maintain accurate knowledge of current stock, pricing, and promotions.
> Ensure the Electrical department is well-merchandised, clean, and fully stocked.
> Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
> Assist with stock takes, inventory control, and receiving stock.
Requirements:
> Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
> Minimum 2 years' experience in electrical sales within a retail or wholesale environment
> Strong knowledge of eletrical products
> Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R4500,00 - R5500,00 per month
Work Location: In person
