Role Summary
We're hiring a
Salesforce-first Solution Architect
with proven expertise in
Sales Cloud, CPQ
, and
Python-based integrations
. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on owning the full solution lifecycle--from technical discovery through go-live--for RevOps automation projects centered on Salesforce. You'll architect best-in-class CRM environments, lead delivery teams, and design intelligent automation strategies that scale.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, configure, and implement Salesforce CRM solutions
, with a focus on
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
, and
CPQ
.
Lead
technical design and implementation of CPQ solutions
that automate pricing, approvals, and quoting for B2B clients.
Build and manage
Python-based scripts
for custom integrations, data transformations, and automation outside Salesforce when needed.
Own the
end-to-end technical solution
, from scoping and user stories to deployment, documentation, and support.
Conduct technical discovery workshops to define architecture, data models, integration maps, and automation flows.
Guide a cross-functional team of Admins and Developers, translating business goals into actionable technical plans.
Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex build challenges, integration bottlenecks, and data architecture issues.
Contribute to technical presales by scoping effort, validating approach, and ensuring scalable designs.
Define and enforce best practices in
data governance, testing, and API-driven integration
.
Deliver insights through post-go-live client reporting and platform usage analysis to drive retention and upsell.
Actively participate in the
Salesforce and RevOps community
, sharing learnings and representing RevOps Automated on LinkedIn and beyond.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Salesforce experience
, including architecture, configuration, and multi-cloud implementation.
Hands-on expertise in
Salesforce CPQ
implementation and customization.
Strong Python skills
, particularly for API-based integrations and backend automation.
Salesforce certifications required:
Platform App Builder + at least one Consultant- or Architect-level cert
(e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Application Architect).
Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder CRM projects and complex Salesforce builds.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms like
HubSpot, Planhat, billing systems
, and internal tools.
Proficiency with structured documentation (e.g., IRDs, HLDs, test scripts, and data maps).
Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring technical contributors.
Deep understanding of API integrations, RevOps architecture, and automation best practices.
Preferred (Bonus Points)
Experience with migrations from
Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, or Monday.com
to Salesforce.
Familiarity with
data warehousing, reverse ETL tools (e.g., Hightouch, Census),
or analytics platforms.
HubSpot certification and understanding of its CRM model.
Experience with deployment frameworks and tools like Gearset, SFDX, or Git-based workflows.
