Job Description


Qualifications/Certifications required:

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (optional)
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis frameworks & techniques, ideally with relevant certification (e.g. BCS).
Experience required:
  • Business Analysis experience from business case development through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, ideally in Financial Services and CRM/Salesforce.
  • Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders to proceed in a preferred manner.
  • Confidence in leading the discovery process and designing your analytical approach to suit the nature of the work and environment effective stakeholder management skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering optimal client solutions,bringing an entrepreneurial approach and mindset to business design.
  • Significant technical understanding of business analysis frameworks, benefits management, business processes modeling, requirements analysis and functional decomposition
  • An interest in working in a dynamic environment gaining experience on a variety of different projects
Responsibilities of role:
Key Responsibilities:
Working as part of a Salesforce delivery team working on large transformation programmes and smaller client engagements in the Financial Services sector, you will be focussed on the discovery and design phases but will continue to support the client and delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Understanding and documenting as is processes
  • Creating to be process maps and service blueprints using relevant tools and techniques
  • Writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Booking and facilitating requirements workshops
  • Ensuring stakeholder engagement and approval in the requirements process
  • Using requirements management tools (eg JIRA ADO)
  • Analysis of data to support evidence based root cause analysis and to inform decision making
  • Resolving requirements clarifications
  • Working with Architects, Functional Leads and Technical leads to ensure the requirements are understood and that solutions will meet the client requirements
  • Championing the use of agile and design thinking methods to drive innovation, continual improvement and solve complex problems
Commercial:
  • Supporting Pre-sales during development of new business with new or existing clients
  • Support the production of proposals & working with wider teams to present proposals
  • Assist in the review of proposals during the pre-sales process to ensure proposal accuracy
  • Working with the commercial teams to ensure a smooth handover in to Delivery processes
  • Ability to work with engagement leadership to ensure accurate and achievable resourcing planning
General:
  • Maintain and improve internal team skills, processes and ways of working.
  • Help mentor and coach other colleagues.
  • Participate in the company culture, practices and teams.
