As we scale, we're looking for a high-performance Sales Executive to step into a key acquisitions role--someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, emotional insight, and closing win-win deals. This is more than just a sales role; it's a leadership track for someone ready to take ownership of the purchasing engine that drives our company forward.
What You'll Do
You'll be the bridge between the company and the property owners we serve--often people navigating difficult decisions. Your job is to listen beneath the surface, uncover motivations they may not even say out loud, and help them move forward with confidence.
Respond quickly to inbound leads and initiate meaningful conversations
Ask the rightquestions to get to the root of each seller's needs, fears, and motivations
Build rapport through empathy, transparency, and trust
Conduct appointments (via phone or video), negotiate offers, and close deals that work for both parties
Make outbound calls to build and nurture a personal pipeline
Follow up with leads consistently and thoughtfully--knowing timing is everything
Document progress in the CRM daily and track conversations with emotional detail
Engage in team trainings, coaching sessions, and leadership development opportunities
Help shape the future of the company's acquisitions team as you grow into a leadership role
What We're Looking For

3-5 years of experience in closing high-trust, high-emotion sales (real estate a plus)
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
