We are recruiting a Training Content Developer to design, build, and maintain high quality learning content across Eduvos functions, with a strong focus on Sales, Marketing, and enablement capability.
This is a specialist role responsible for translating written training curriculum or outline into engaging, effective, and measurable learning experiences. The role sits within the Sales Learning and Development environment and reports to the Business Development Solutions Specialist.
The Training Content Developer plays a critical role in shaping how learning is experienced across the business. This includes content structure, learner engagement, usability, accessibility, and assessment tools.

This role is not about content production alone. It requires strong learning design thinking, comfort with digital platforms, and the ability to collaborate closely with subject matter experts, managers, and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualification
Undergraduate qualification in marketing, communication, education, instructional design, social sciences, or a related field
Experience
Minimum of three years experience in a content development, learning design, or digital learning role

Key Responsibilities
Content Design and Development
Design and develop training content across multiple formats including digital modules, microlearning, guides, playbooks, assessments, and workshop materials
Apply sound learning design principles to ensure content is structured, relevant, and aligned to defined competencies
Translate complex concepts into clear, practical, and usable learning assets
Ensure content is audience specific, role relevant, and context aware
Learning Experience and Engagement
Design content with strong attention to learner experience, usability, and flow
Apply UX principles to learning content to improve clarity, navigation, and engagement
Use interactivity, scenarios, and applied examples to support learning transfer
Ensure accessibility and inclusivity standards are considered in all content
Learning Technology and Platforms
Use learning technologies and content management platforms to build, publish, and maintain learning content
Work comfortably with digital tools to enhance content delivery and learner engagement
Collaborate on improvements to learning platforms and content workflows
SharePoint content administration experience is advantageous but not required
Quality Assurance and Governance
Perform quality assurance on all learning content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment to standards
Maintain version control and documentation for learning assets
Apply agreed content frameworks, templates, and governance principles
Contribute to the continuous improvement of content standards and ways of work
Measurement and Continuous Improvement
Analyse learning data and feedback to assess content effectiveness
Use insights from performance data, needs analysis, and feedback loops to inform content updates
Support review and refresh cycles based on defined triggers and business changes
Ensure content remains current, relevant, and aligned to strategic priorities
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with subject matter experts, managers, and stakeholders to gather input and validate content
