This role plays a key part in driving performance, improving conversion rates, and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs for new hires and existing staff
Conduct onboarding sessions and refresher training focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and CRM systems
Evaluate agent performance and provide targeted coaching based on performance metrics and call monitoring
Collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with campaign goals and business targets
Maintain training documentation, and manuals
Monitor training effectiveness and adapt content based on feedback, performance trends
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales agents to help them meet KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or similar role in a call centre environment
Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling techniques
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Ability to coach and motivate others with empathy and clear direction
Familiarity with CRM systems, call monitoring tools, and platforms
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
