Job description
Responsibilities:
Execute training programs for new hires, as well as, the existing sales force, with the aim to boost sales performance and improve process execution. Content development. Conduct training needs analysis. Create and monitor assessment tools. Create training reports. Improve training effectiveness by development new approaches, techniques and making support readily available.Minimum requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent Training or Teaching qualification beneficial Minimum 3 years' experience in the telecommunications industry, including experience in selling and training products and/or services. Experience in SaaS product training and enablement advantageous. Experience in content development. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
