DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales - Personal Performance

Actively sell Africology products and treatments in stores, spas, or on-site with clients. Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently recommend suitable products. Meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets. Engage clients professionally, reflecting Africology's values and brand story. Represent the brand at client activations, training sessions, and retail events.

Sales - Support & Strategy

Guide and motivate spa and store teams to achieve sales goals. Train teams on effective selling techniques, up-selling, and client retention. Provide insights on sales performance and improvement areas. Assist with generating stock orders and aligning product use with sales strategy.

Training (Internal & External)

Facilitate training on:

Africology product knowledge Holistic treatment protocols Retail and customer service Spa SOPs and operational excellence Conduct assessments, sign off therapist competence, and issue training certificates. Update and maintain all training records for SETA compliance with HR Upskill therapists on new trends, product updates, and techniques. Implement training based on client feedback and service improvement needs. Organize and execute internal and external training sessions (nationally and potentially internationally).

Spa & Retail Oversight

Ensure Africology standards and brand presentation are maintained across sites. Resolve client complaints through direct intervention and therapist retraining. Review and align treatment menus to correct product usage and brand visibility. Ensure expired products are removed, and usage complies with SOPs. Submit follow-up reports to sales consultants and clients post-training.

Head Office & Administrative Support

Respond to online client queries and product recommendations. Occasionally assist with warehouse and order prep functions. Ensure all training materials are up to date with current product information and legal regulations. Update HR with training documentation for internal filing.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATIONS:

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate. ITEC/CIDESCO qualified therapist - Diploma required. SETA-registered trainer - certified to assess and sign off on formal training.

EXPERIENCE:

3+ years' experience in therapy and training roles. Valid driver's license, own reliable vehicle, and valid passport. Proven sales experience, preferably in the skincare, spa, or wellness industries. Prior experience with Africology products or treatments. (Added Advantage) Background in creating training materials
