As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to improve the sales team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly. You will also assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.QualificationsQualifications
- Previous experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to assess training needs and design effective programs
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with sales teams
- Proven track record of improving sales performance through training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Professional certification in training or sales is a plus
