Purpose of the job



To accelerate graduate development by immersing them in sales and customer relationship activities aligned with the Sales Rep role.



Duration



12 months structured program



Key Learning Outcomes



Understanding sales fundamentals, Customer engagement, Data-led selling, Execution excellence



Core Responsibility



Shadowing Sales Reps, Territory exposure, Promotions support, Customer account learning, Sales reporting and CRM usage



Required Qualification



Bachelor's degree (Sales, Marketing, Business or similar)
