Job Description
ServeCo is looking for a high-performing Sales Team Manager to lead and drive an outbound call centre team on our Dis-Chem Medical Insurance Campaign. This is a warm-leads / database campaign no cold calling.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 10+ outbound call centre sales agents
- Drive daily performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Coach and develop agents through live call monitoring, roleplays, and feedback
- Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and weekly 1:1s
- Maintain high standards of compliance, quality, and customer experience
- Ensure all sales processes are followed and reporting is accurate
- Motivate the team, create accountability, and manage team dynamics
- Manage your team holistically (performance, productivity, morale, behaviour, attendance)
- Matric (Grade 12) Required
- Proven experience managing a sales team in a call centre environment
- Strong sales background with a track record of hitting targets
- Insurance sales experience (medical insurance preferred)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to work in-office in Durban, Westville
