Sales Team Lead / Outbound Strategy Manager
Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader to manage and develop our Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This role is responsible for refining our outbound strategy, ensuring pipeline growth, and coaching the team to exceed performance targets. The ideal candidate brings a proven background in B2B sales leadership, especially within high-growth or technology-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor AEs and SDRs to consistently achieve sales targets.
Refine and optimize outbound sales strategies to drive predictable pipeline generation.
Conduct regular performance reviews and develop tailored coaching plans for team members.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to align messaging, improve targeting, and enhance conversion rates.
Implement best practices for outreach, qualification, and CRM hygiene. * Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify gaps, opportunities, and strategic enhancements.
Support hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of new team members.
Drive a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, motivation, and results.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience with proven success managing outbound teams.
Relevant Experience (Any of the following is advantageous)
High-growth SaaS, Venture Capital, BPO, or BPaaS environments.
Experience in FinTech or one of the Big 4 public accounting firms.
Background in Investment Banking or exposure to high-scale AI/ML products.
Prior roles with similar scope or scale of responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience in SaaS or BPO sales environments.
HubSpot Sales Software certifications or advanced CRM proficiency.
