Key Responsibilities
- Welcome New Team Members: Introduce new salespeople to the team, prepare their tools, and teach them our processes.
- Coach and Support: Help team members improve their skills and hit sales targets with clear feedback.
- Ensure Quality: Check live sales calls to maintain standards and offer quick fixes when needed.
- Track Performance: Monitor sales results, spot issues, and take action to keep the team productive.
- Manage Assignments: Reassign salespeople based on call or lead volume to balance the workload.
- Plan Schedules: Create shift plans, handle time-off requests, and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
- Communicate: Be the main contact for team questions and pass important issues to HR or managers.
What You'll Need
- Some experience in sales or leading a team (1-2 years preferred).
- Great communication and organizational skills.
