SALES TEAM LEADER - BUSHBUCKRIDGE AREA

We are looking for a motivated, dependable and community-focused Team Leader to guide and support our sales team in the Bushbuckridge area. The ideal person must understand people, enjoy working with the community, and have strong sales and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit good quality sales representatives in the area. Make sure all new team members receive the correct training Lead and motivate a team of representatives with your Sales Manager Help your team reach their monthly and yearly funeral cover sales targets Ensure your team follows all legal requirements (FAIS, FICA, LTIA) Manage risks and protect the business and clients??? Grow the business by building relationships in local communities, villages, and townships

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 3+ years in sales (insurance or funeral policies preferred); 1+ year in a leadership role.

Skills

Proven sales track record, strong communication, and team management skills.

Knowledge

Understanding of funeral insurance products and the Bushbuckridge market.

Education

RE5 and matric certificate; diploma/degree in business, marketing or finance is beneficial.

Attributes

Self-motivated, community-oriented and fluent in Xitsonga, Sepedi and English.

Location

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Bushbuckridge.

Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) A recognised qualification as required by the Financial Services Board Must meet all FAIS "Fit and Proper" requirements: Entered 2010 onward: full FAIS-recognised qualification RE5 certificate (required) Clear ITC and clear criminal record Valid driver's licence Own cellphone

Experience Needed:

At least 3 years proven experience selling Funeral Cover Assurance or similar financial products Experience working with people in rural or semi-urban communities will be an advantage

Pay: R12000,00 - R20000,00 per month
