Job Description
We are seeking an excellent Sales Team Leader to join our team. Leading 10+ outbound call centre sales agents. Overall responsibility for your team success by agreeing, implementing, monitoring individual, team objectives and targets whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to. Meet team sales requirements as set out in KPI policy and procedure. You will be required to manage a team of 10+ agents. We have offices based in Century City, Cape Town and Rosebank, Johannesburg. Requirements:
- More than 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Sales Team Leader role for outbound call centre sales agents
- No criminal record
- Two contactable references
- Own smartphone (for WhatsApp communication with team members)
- Reliable transport and willing to travel to Century City, Cape Town OR Rosebank, Johannesburg every day.
