We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to guide and manage the Nissan New Cars sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new vehicle sales and a natural ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve consistent performance.
You will be responsible for driving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining high dealership standards.
Salary: R18 000 - R22 000 + Commission + Demo vehicle + Fuel allowance + Cellphone allowance + Medical aid + Pension fund + 13th cheque.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the new car sales team Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales targets Oversee customer interactions to ensure exceptional service Assist with pricing, product knowledge, and sales strategies Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews Support sales consultants with deal closures and negotiations Maintain showroom standards and vehicle display quality Report on sales performance and market trends Manage own sales pipeline while supporting the team
Requirements:
National Senior Certificate * Minimum 5 years' experience in new car sales
