Responsibilities of the Role
- Daily scouting and tracking of BU sales leads on all media tender portals in Tanzania and share opportunities to various Siemens Business units
- Ensure opportunity tracking system are kept to date on the CRM/Sales Portal
- Attends and supports Sales engineering and project teams
- Handles requests from the sales organization
- Printing, collating, and submitting tenders as requested by the Siemens Business units
- Coordinate RFQxe2x80x99s between customers and Siemens various business units
- Support partners in opportunity coordination with Siemens business units
- Prepare customer meetings and attend meetings
- Maintain customer contact lists
- Attend customer site visits
Relevant Formal Qualification (Degree /Diploma)
3-5 Years relevant Sales Administration Experience
Knowledge of CRM Tool (SieSales) Advantageous
Experience in a Technical and Digital environment (Advantageous)
Must Be willing to travel extensively
Must be fluent in Swahili/English
