Job Description

  • Generate invoices
  • Open deal files and filing of documents
  • Record invoiced vehicle information daily
  • Releasing of new vehicles stock into Evolve system
  • Compilation and distribution of daily sales report
  • Compilation and distribution of daily master reports
  • Compile monthly sales spreadsheets by Dealer/Branch and by model, customer stats
  • Issuing of pro-forma invoices to dealers and branches
  • Issuing of invoices to dealers and branches
  • RSA sales statistics by model by dealer
  • Gathering export sales statistics
  • Issuing of orders to the suppliers and closing of orders
  • Check the suppliers statement every month
  • Management of outsourced supplier payments
  • Provide pricing information and dealer billing price
  • Bodied stock list
  • Analyse branch and dealer performance
Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric Certificate or higher
  • Qualification in Sales and Marketing advantageous
  • Minimum 2-3 Years experience in sales coordinator in Motor Industry
  • Knowledge of the Invoicing process
  • Evolve system experience essential
Personal Attributes:
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office
  • Customer relations
  • Confident and proactive approach anticipates issues and requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Good communication skills
