The principal responsibilities of the Sales Support Assistant and Researcher are to support the Sales Support Manager and Sales Team

Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Experience in creating PowerPoint Presentations
Proficient in report preparation and data analysis related to market trends and developments
Strong skills in creating and revising sales presentations using PowerPoint
Ability to customize and produce professional proposals for clients
Excellent research and documentation coordination skills to support the sales team
Familiarity with advertising systems and coordination of advertising material
Experience in providing sales support to enhance team performance
Analytical skills for strategizing, analyzing, and presenting program data
Monitoring and reporting on advertising sales in competitive channels
Competence in the preparation and management of marketing materials
Ability to create sales support material for special event advertising packages
Regular provision of status reports to the Sales Assistant Manager
Monitoring program performance and managing schedules to enhance audience share
Efficient in day-to-day operations of the Sales Department
Consistent reporting with weekly sales reports meeting set KPIs
Flexibility to undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Head of Sales

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and updating PowerPoint sales presentations based on market demands
Develop professional, client-customized proposals and coordinate sales documentation
Manage advertising systems, including material coordination and scheduling
Provide comprehensive sales support to the team
Strategize and present commercially viable program data for management
Monitor and report on advertising sales in competitive channels
Manage marketing material, including rate cards and brochures, in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
Provide sales support for special event advertising packages
Generate weekly status reports for the Sales Assistant Manager
Monitor program performance, manage schedules, and enhance audience share
Contribute to the day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth workflow in the Sales Department
Submit a detailed weekly sales report by Friday at noon, including meetings, proposals, and concluded sales, meeting set KPIs
Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Head of Sales
