Job Summary Position Overview: The Sales Support and Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in supporting the sales team and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves
handling quotes, following up on quotes, processing orders, tracking order status, researching customer history, invoicing orders, store follow-up, participating in customer events,
communicating with purchasing, updating customers on the status of their orders from stock picking to delivery, and ensuring the correct pricing structure for each customer. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities.Key Responsibilities:
1. Quoting: Prepare and send quotes to customers in a timely manner.
2. Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure they have received quotes and address any questions or concerns they may have.
3. Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Order Tracking: Monitor and track the status of customer orders from picking of stock to delivery of finished goods.
5. Customer Communication: Keep customers informed of the status of their orders and any relevant updates.
6. Customer Support: Provide full customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices for orders processed, ensuring correct pricing structure.
8. Store Follow-Up: Coordinate with stores to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
9. Participation in Customer Events: Represent the company at customer events to promote products and services.
10. Communication with Purchasing: Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of products.
11. Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team as needed.
12. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales process.Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorxe2x80x99s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or related role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Aged between 18 and 34
  • Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before
