Key Performance Areas:

• Assist Sales & Product Management with product & sales analysis. Tracking of Sales Promotions against set targets.
• Special Pricing Administration: Monitor & maintain all special pricing price lists. Analyze the effectiveness of special pricing structures. Coordinate with sales team for renewal & expiry of pricing structures. Analysis of discount structures to fix the matrix & cut down on special pricing maintenance.
• Competitor Activities: Capturing, compiling & analyzing competitor activity information & prep to present at Sales managers / Price change meetings
• Product Master Data Administration: Align all master data with required nomenclature. Align all master data requirements - number allocation, description, packaging info, eights & dimensions. Align all master data with Global Integration requirements. Analyze products from a sales perspective to confirm STI/MTO discontinue status.
• E-Commerce: Gather & distribute leads generated from E-Commerce, etc.
• Forecasting: Assist the Sales managers with forecasting input into Netstock based on upcoming projects & exceptional sales.
• Price Increase Tracking: Assist Sales Systems Manager in monthly Price increase tracking
• Open Order Analysis: Check all open orders
• Special pricing: Monitor & maintain all special pricing price lists.
• Part Number Admin: Assisting in compiling of documentation for the opening of new part numbers.

Core Competencies - Attributes:

• Detail orientated person with the ability to work with accuracy, analyze & interpret data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Ability to work under pressure & must have problem solving skills
• Matric
• Post Matric qualification in Office Administration would be an advantage
• Min 3 years experience in an office environment
• Power BI software experience would be an advantage
