Job Description

Responsible for supervising the sales staff, motivating staff to ensure company targets are met.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolve escalated customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage daily sales operations, which may include overseeing inventory, handling product displays, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Grade 12.

3-5 years' supervisory experience in the building material and hardware market.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with staff and other departments.

Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
