Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Female) - Medical / Hair Transplant Clinic

Location: South Africa (Johannesburg)

We are looking for a female Field Sales Representative to join our growing medical clinic team in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with potential clients in a face-to-face sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively meet potential clients and promote our hair transplant and medical services

Conduct on-site and field sales activities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Explain treatment options, processes, and pricing clearly and confidently

Follow up with leads and support the clinic's sales targets

Coordinate with the clinic and management team

Requirements:

Female candidate (mandatory)

Proven experience in sales (medical, aesthetic, or service industry preferred)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Confident, well-presented, and customer-oriented

Ability to work independently in the field

English proficiency required (additional languages are a plus)
