Key Responsibilities:

Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Customer Service: Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through installations, repairs, servicing, deliveries, and product training.
Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote helpdesk assistance for the companys products.
Administration: Assist with stock counts, office administration, and updating policies/procedures.
Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Requirements:

Matric Certificate.
Valid drivers license.
Own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable).
Minimum 1 year in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
2+ years preferred - Technical proficiency in retail scales, weights, and measures
