Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the sales floor
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets
Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately
Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
