Job Description

Enviro Smart Projects is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. The role requires someone who can build and maintain strong client relationships, drive sales growth, prepare accurate invoices and quotations, and assist in compiling and completing tenders. You will play a vital role in achieving sales targets, securing new business, and ensuring client satisfaction across our service offerings, including IT services, solutions, and equipment, audio-visual integration, security and surveillance, access control, as well as electrical and alternative energy solutions.

Key Skills Required

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with clients, suppliers, and team members. Customer Service: Strong client focus with the ability to provide professional and personalised service. Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to drive sales, upsell, and close deals to meet or exceed targets. Administrative Skills: Proficiency in preparing invoices, quotes, and driving the tender process. Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve client issues promptly and effectively. Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to meet project and business objectives. Flexibility: Willingness to take on tasks outside of the core role to support company growth. Market Awareness: Understanding of industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to secure repeat business. Prepare accurate invoices, quotations, and tender documentation in line with client requirements and company standards. Identify sales opportunities and pursue leads across all Enviro Smart Projects' service areas. Present and demonstrate products and solutions to clients, offering tailored recommendations. Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and delivered. Conduct follow-ups with clients on proposals, tenders, and pending orders. Maintain accurate sales records and update management on progress, forecasts, and market trends. Assist with stock management, ensuring alignment with sales and project requirements. Address client queries and complaints professionally, escalating where necessary. Contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
Accountabilities

Meet personal and team sales targets. Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling products and services. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all invoices, quotes, and tender submissions. Keep abreast of industry and market developments to identify risks and opportunities. Provide regular reporting to management on sales performance, pipeline, and market activity.
Job Requirements

Education: Matric/Grade 12 (Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, or related field advantageous). Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience (preferably in technology, energy, or related industries). Strong background in tech sales (audio visual , IT, Security and energy ), client relationships, and driving the tender process. Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, and ability to work with online tender portals). Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.

Pay: R6000,00 - R10000,00 per month
