Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential customers through research and networking.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and other outreach methods.
Sales Presentations:
  • Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients.
  • Highlight key features and benefits that address the client's needs.
Customer Needs Assessment:
  • Understand the customer's requirements and challenges.
  • Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services offered by CAPECOM.
  • Effectively communicate technical details to non-technical clients.
Quoting and Proposal Creation:
  • Provide accurate and detailed price quotes for products and services.
  • Create and present proposals to clients outlining the value proposition.
Negotiation:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Handle objections and concerns raised by clients.
Contract Management:
  • Facilitate the preparation and execution of contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
Sales Reporting:
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities and update CRM systems.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as technical and customer support, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address client-specific needs.
Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Use market intelligence to adapt sales strategies.
Training and Education:
  • Keep oneself informed about the latest technology trends in the telecommunications industry.
  • Attend in-house training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Customer Follow-up:
  • Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
Achieving Sales Targets:
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets set by CAPECOM.
  • Develop strategies to meet or exceed quotas.
