Reporting to the Manager: Used Vehicles Sales, the purpose of this role is to optimize sales opportunities with maximum profitability and customer satisfaction, whilst ensuring sales objectives and targets are met
Position Overview
Specific Role Responsibilities
Customer and sales management.
Develop the business to reach set sales targets for the month.
Drive specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base.
Prospect for new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
Sell vehicle features and benefits.
Handle customer questions and overcome objections.
Professionally handle the vehicle handover to the customer.
Manage customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service.
Marketing and promotions
Attend regular sales meetings.
Attend all relevant OEM training courses, and any other developmental training opportunities allocated.
Knowledge of dealership policies and procedures
Knowledge of competitive motor industry
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of Grade 12
Clear Criminal Record
Valid Driverxe2x80x99s License
3 years sales executive experience
Skills and Personal Attributes
Communication skills in English (read, write & speak)
Interpersonal ability; working with people, relating to others and networking.
