We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and assist in selling our inventory of used vehicles. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a thorough knowledge of the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Meet with potential customers to determine their needs and preferences
- Show vehicles to customers and provide information on features, specifications, and pricing
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements
- Close sales and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with used vehicles
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
