Sales Representative
Our client is looking for a Sales Representative & Product Developer to join their Sales team and play a key role in bringing cutting-edge seed varieties to market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working directly with farmers to deliver high-quality products that enhance productivity and drive agricultural innovation. The position requires the candidate to be based in the Lowveld area, preferably in or around Tzaneen, Hoedspruit or Dullstroom.
Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' sales experience, ideally in the agricultural sector.
• Based in the Lowveld area, covering Tzaneen (North) to Dullstroom (West) and Komatipoort.
• Matric Qualification.
• Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy or any related field (advantageous).
• Willingness to travel regularly within the abovementioned areas.
• Driver's License and own vehicle (Company Vehicle provided).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives by leveraging product knowledge and understanding the client's needs.
• Expand Market Presence: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong partnerships with clients to increase market share and strengthen the client's footprint in the region.
• Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their specific challenges and providing customised solutions that add value to their operations.
• Provide Technical Support: Act as a trusted advisor to customers by resolving product-related issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments to share market intelligence, support strategic planning, and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.
• Lead Product Development Trials: Plan, manage, and evaluate on-site product trials with clients, using insights to guide product positioning and future sales efforts.
