SA Welding is growing fast
, and we're looking for a driven, reliable Sales Rep who can help us push product, build strong customer relationships, and grow our B2B and walk-in sales. If you know how to sell, follow up, close deals, and communicate clearly -- you'll fit in here.What You'll Do
Sell welding machines, consumables, safety gear, gases, and related products. Handle walk-in customers, phone enquiries, WhatsApp enquiries, and Facebook Marketplace leads. Follow up on quotes and convert them into sales. Learn product features and give customers correct advice. Assist with invoicing, stock checks, and simple admin.
Requirements
Previous sales experience (tools, welding, hardware, or automotive background is a big advantage). Confident communicator -- no shyness on the phone. Honest, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups. Able to work under pressure in a busy environment. Basic understanding of welding products is a plus, but not required -- we'll train you. Must be punctual and able to work independently.
