Job Overview:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with new and existing customers, and promoting the Bobaas Biltong brand. The ideal candidate should be confident, reliable, and passionate about South African snacks and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, wholesalers, and distributors. Actively seek new business opportunities in local markets, shops, and online channels. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and growth objectives. Represent Bobaas Biltong at markets, expos, and promotional events. Ensure excellent product knowledge and communicate our brand story effectively. Manage orders, deliveries, and stock levels for assigned customers. Gather customer feedback and market insights to assist in product and strategy improvements. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

Matric certificate (Grade 12) required. Previous experience in FMCG or food product sales preferred (biltong/meat industry advantageous). Valid driver's licence. Excellent communication and people skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently. Strong organisational and time management skills.
