Work Hours (Client) : 8:30am - 5pm EST Mon - Fri
Pay Range : $1200 - $2000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Amazon-savvy outreach specialist to help generate and qualify leads for our Amazon growth services. This role focuses on strategic outreach: analyzing potential clients' Amazon presence, identifying key gaps, and crafting personalized outreach (often with short video walkthroughs) to show where we can add value.
Your primary goal will be to engage prospective clients through thoughtful, personalized outreach and book qualified appointments for our senior team, who will handle the closing.

• Perform high-level audits of listings and advertising strategies to identify gaps and growth opportunities
• Create personalized outreach (emails + short screen-recorded videos) highlighting opportunities and inviting prospects to book a call
• Conduct strategic cold outreach (emails, video messages, and follow-ups) to generate interest and book qualified appointments
• Maintain outreach tracking and lead details in CRM or tracking tools
• Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion

Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (close to native accent)
Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Industry: Amazon e-commerce (required)

• Proven experience in cold outreach, appointment setting, or sales development
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (listings, keywords, and basic advertising concepts)
• Exceptional tenacity, persistence, and resilience in prospecting and following up with leads
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages
• Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
