Job Description
Drive new guarding sales by securing contracts, managing client relationships, and achieving targets.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years' experience in guarding/security sales
- Proven sales performance and deal conversion
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Able to work independently to meet sales targets
- Source and secure new guarding contracts
- Identify new business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings and professional sales presentations
- Perform site visits and basic risk assessments
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and conversion goals
- Report accurately on sales activity and pipeline progress
