Position: Sales Representative - Refrigeration Vehicle Rentals

Location: JHB, Gauteng

Industry: Logistics and Transport - Cold Storage Vehicles

Role Summary:

• Continue our clients international expansion, strengthening its current positions by conquering new markets, and being innovative in the face of tomorrow's technological and environmental changes.
• Be the face of our client in your dedicated market.
• Prospect for new business from the corporate and SME business sector and maximising sales activity and prospect conversion rates.
• To have persevering personality that offers our clients solutions
• Passionate about closing a deal and always looking for new business growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Matric
• Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing
• Minimum of 4-5 years Sales Exp in the Refrigerated Vehicle Rental, Cold Storage, Logistics and Transport Industry would be advantageous

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete all activity on the Salesforce databases.
• Achieve targets in line with the company budget.
• Visit both existing and potential customers maximising rental and contract opportunities.
• Represent our client at partners events.
• Use LinkedIn Sales navigator to introduce our client to prospects and update accordingly your profile with regular products or industry related news.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for future business.
• Ensure leads are contacted, professionally followed up on and converted.
• Develop a weekly telesales and new business-customer visit plan.
• Update CRM system to accurately record information.
• Achieve a monthly target in line with the budget and be able to explain the gaps.
• Update and report to the Managing Director your monthly achievements and future targets.
• Assisted workshop manager in tasks with customers
