Sales Representative
Role Purpose
Drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships, converting qualified leads, and ensuring customer retention through consultative selling and tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
Core Functions:
Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries.
Conduct product/service presentations and demos (onsite and virtual).
Develop proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline progress.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
Support Functions:
Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
Participate in product training and continuous learning.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field from a recognized South African institution.
Additional certifications in Sales Techniques, Negotiation, or CRM systems advantageous.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in Information Technology or services).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Behavioral Competencies: Resilience, adaptability, and consultative selling approach.
Other: Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
Performance Metrics
Add R250k in new monthly recurring revenue per quarter (?R80k/month).
Close 4-6 MSP deals per month (average R15k-R20k each).
Maintain 25-30% conversion rate from qualified leads.
Minimum 10 client meetings per week.
Ensure 80% retention of new clients over 12 months.
100% CRM compliance and timely reporting.

Pay: R18000,00 - R22000,00 per month
