Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
Actively prospect, identify, and secure new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts
Present and promote company products to potential and existing customers
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service needs
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs and provide solutions
Address customer concerns promptly and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
Order Processing and Coordination:
Prepare and submit accurate sales orders and contracts
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery
Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers
Process customer requests for samples, specifications, and product information
Market Intelligence and Reporting:
Gather and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Maintain expert knowledge of company products, pricing, and value propositions
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers
Attend trade shows and industry events to promote company products
Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales tools and promotional materials
