To call regularly on designated customer outlets to sell the Company's products within the geographic boundaries of the assigned territory. To ensure the Company's principle products achieve the most prominent display areas and maximum number of facings and to meet set sales targets and goals.
Key Performance Areas:
Increase sales opportunities and deliver on targets
Building customer relationships with current and new customers
Maximizing product sales and drive product awareness
Drive operational excellence in terms of rate of sales, ordering & monitoring
Education, experience and competencies required:
3 year Degree or Diploma in the Sales and Marketing field would be an advantage
Must be in possession of a Code 08 (B) driver's license
Minimum 2 years' experience in FMCG environment
Basic Computer literacy (MS Outlook and Office)
Proven personal attributes include inter-personal, written and verbal communication, numeracy, accuracy, negotiation, independence and persuasiveness
