Job Description
:
Manage and grow existing customer relationships by providing customized sales presentations and solutions.
Addressed customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and product.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
Cold calling and maintenance relationships with potential and existing customers.
Provide excellent pre and after sales services.
Manage and control the depot operation in all aspects.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years sales experience in transport industry.(Trailers parts)
Grade 12
Technical Aptitude
Computer Literate
Administration skills
Excellent communications skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid drivers license
