Our company is looking for Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets and driving sales growth by promoting. The Sales Representative must build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts while maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support the company's brand performance and overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Generating leads.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Maintaining client records.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Key Competencies
Clear communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment or individual environment.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Commission-driven mindset with a hunger to achieve
Requirements
Matic, Grade 12.
Own vehicle and a willingness to travel
Experience in sales.
Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a similar or same role.
Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is advantageous.
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and grow in an operations-focused role.
