Motus Toyota City currently holds a vacancy for a Sales Representative: New Vehicles (Fleet).



Reporting to the Manager: New Vehicles Sales, this position will be suited to a person who has the ability to sell maximum number of new vehicles to corporate clients and obtain the best profit available. Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction at all times in order to secure repeat sales.

Specific Role Responsibilities



Ensure that all existing clients are regularly visited to maintain good relationships and seek repeat business. Deliver sales presentations to corporate buyers. Explain vehicles, services and prices, demonstrate the use of features and explain benefits. Cultivate new business by making use of inquiry handling, canvassing, prospecting and referral effort. Conclude deals by making use of appropriate qualifying, presenting, demonstrating and negotiating skills. Keep all existing and potential customers aware of new models, price changes and benefits offered by the Dealership. Monitor customers' preferences and determine focus of sales efforts Achieve targets negotiated with the Sales Manager and report on progress towards such targets. Attend sales meetings. Participate wholeheartedly in promotional events. Attend functions with clients and suppliers during and after hours. Ensure that pre-delivery inspections are carried out before vehicle delivery to Clients. Deliver personally and maintain high standards of vehicles handover to Clients. Deal promptly and efficiently with any queries or complaints and resolve complaints. Follow-up all vehicles to Clients deliveries within 2/3 days of delivery. Supply vehicles to Clients within Company pricing and discount structure, and refer to the Sales Manager any queries outside pricing policy. Prepare quotations and obtain the Sales Managers' approval. Obtain Sales Managers' approval for the ordering from Suppliers. Attend, in any efficient way to all documentation required for the sales and delivery of vehicles, e.g. fleet owner's documents, ID, trade-in papers, OTP, valuation sheets. Organise, plan and prioritise work. Maintain a prospecting system for future business. Maintain daily records of work done, e.g. enquiries, follow-ups, sources,etc. Keep up-to-date records of Clients details, requirements and statistics, e.g. frequency of fleet replacement. Maintain a weekly call and progress.

Consult with Manager for ordering stock for Client's requirement. Assist with the collection of vehicles from/to Dealerships, Dealers, and Suppliers. Inspect new stock for defects/ damages and missing accessories/parts.

Qualifications and Experience



A minimum of Grade 12 Must have a Valid Driver's License Must have a clear Criminal Record Motor industry experience is essential Computer literacy is essential Fleet Sales experience will be an advantage 3 years sales executive experience
