Position: Sales Representative - New Vehicles

Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing pre-owned Volkswagen vehicles
Demonstrate knowledge of the features and benefits of each new vehicle in inventory
Conduct test drives with customers to showcase the performance and features of the vehicles
Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers to close sales
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain a clean and organized showroom and lot to showcase vehicles effectively
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
VW Certification in Sales preferred
Proven track record of sales success in automotive sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with customers and create a positive buying experience
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales
Knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles and features
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
