Well-established company seeks a Sales Representative to join their team in Nelspruit!
Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years external technical sales experience (non-negotiable)
Proven ability to independently close deals and meet targets
Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to grow the region
Technically-minded - background in swimming pool industry, water systems, or similar fields highly advantageous

Key responsibilities:

Proactively develop new business and grow the existing customer base in Mpumalanga and Limpopo (up to Tzaneen/Phalaborwa)
Conduct weekly customer visits, covering a 100km+ radius around Nelspruit
Build and maintain strong, solution-driven relationships with clients
Deliver technical product training sessions on-site and at customer premises (post-training)
Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, including customer visits and regional data via Excel
Attend and represent the company at regional trade shows and exhibitions
Occasional overnight travel as required for business
Develop basic sales strategies and action plans to increase market share
Assist with internal sales functions when needed, once the region grows
