We are seeking dynamic Call Center Sales Agents with mobile industry experience to join our team. You will be responsible for selling mobile devices, plans, and accessories, providing expert advice to customers, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively sell mobile products and services to new and existing customers. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs. Consult with customers, providing advice on mobile devices, plans, and accessories. Achieve sales targets and report on performance. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems. Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12). Experience in the mobile industry or related sales roles preferred. Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals. Strong communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and office software.
