The ideal sales representative for our water purification company is a sharp, target-driven individual who lives for results and thrives in a high-energy, commission-based environment. They are financially hungry, love chasing goals, and see every sale as a step toward limitless earnings and personal growth. With strong product knowledge and excellent communication, they confidently turn social media inquiries, WhatsApp chats, and walk-ins into closed deals through trust-building and fast, professional engagement. Highly organized and consistent in daily follow-ups, they use CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and TikTok to generate and convert leads. Ideally between 22 and 35, this person is confident, adaptable, and motivated to rise within a fast-growing African water-treatment brand
